Meals and Feels has continued to bring the voices, stories, and heart of Meals on Wheels of the Monterey Peninsula to the airwaves. Airing weekly on KRML 94.7 FM every Tuesday around 2:45 p.m., the segment shares meaningful conversations that highlight our mission to nourish both body and soul. Through personal stories, community insights, and program highlights, Meals and Feels celebrates connection, compassion, and the collective impact made possible by our supporters across Monterey County. Nutritious Notes of Community and Compassion Friends of Meals on Wheels of the Monterey Peninsula (FOMOW) FOMOW brings people together to strengthen our mission through fundraising, advocacy, community outreach, and special projects.
