By bringing clients together around the table, these shared meals foster healthy eating, meaningful conversation, and lasting relationships that support overall well-being. In 2025, we served 74,543 lunches to 1,176 diners at nine sites across Monterey County. For 38 years, the Meals on Wheels Community Center in Pacific Grove has been a trusted gathering place bringing people together, strengthening relationships, and creating a true sense of belonging. What began as a place to share a meal has grown into a vibrant hub for connection, movement, and lifelong engagement. Today, the Community Center offers approximately more than 30 classes each week, providing recreational, educational, and social activities that support health and wellness while helping participants stay active and socially connected.
