REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Commercial Building Construction Services Meals on Wheels of the Monterey Peninsula (MOWMP) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified, licensed general contractors, construction managers and design‑builders for the preconstruction and construction services of a new commercial kitchen and administrative facility located at 1020 Auto Parkway in Seaside, California. The project includes the construction of an approximately 17,000‑square‑foot facility plus sitework designed to support expanded meal production and community services. Interested firms may obtain the Request for Proposals (RFP) and project plans & specifi‑ cations by visiting mowmp.org/RFP.
