A valid Judgment was issued against Defendant on May 20, 2021 requiring Defendant to remove an unpermitted shed installed in the back/side yard of the Property no later than June 30, 2021. 2. Defendant failed to comply with the Judgment, and the Court issued the 2022 Contempt Order adjudging Defendant guilty of contempt of court for failure to obey and comply with the Judgment and ordered, in part, Defendant to remove the shed by August 29, 2022. 3. Defendant failed to comply with the 2022 Contempt Order, and the Court issued the 2024 Contempt Order adjudging Defendant guilty of contempt for failure to obey and comply with the Judgment and the 2022 Contempt Order and ordered, in part, Defendant to remove the shed by July 22, 2024. 4. Defendant failed to obey and comply with the 2024 Contempt Order and has failed to remove the shed. 5. Defendant has had from the date of Judgment, and currently has the ability to comply with the Judgment, the 2022 Contempt Order, and the 2024 Contempt Order. Defendant is current in the Association assessments, is up to date on Monterey County tax payments, has repainted her house and made application to convert the shed to an accessory dwelling unit.
