Salinas The Breast Cancer Assistance Group of Monterey County (BCAG) is an all-volunteer, nonprofit organization of breast cancer survivors who raise funds and awareness to improve the lives of local breast cancer patients and their families. Last year, BCAG provided over $312,500 to local breast cancer patients to help with rent, food, transportation, utilities, childcare, and other living expenses. BCAG annually provides financial support to more than one-third of the over 240 women diagnosed with breast cancer in Monterey County.
