Free services include: Preventative, Primary and Acute Care Flu Vaccines Diabetes Care Health Screenings Resources to Manage Chronic Medical Problems UTI/STD Screenings Sports Physicals The state-of-the-art 40-foot vehicle features exam rooms and is staffed with bilingual clinical professionals and a community health advocate. Our mission is to provide preventive and primary care where it is needed. All services are currently free of charge.
