Work also include extensive roadway excavation; remove and reconstruct concrete curb ramps, concrete curb and gutter, install new pavement marking, traffic striping and signing, and performing other items or details not mentioned above that are required by the plans, and as specified in the Standard Specifications or these Special Provisions. The Contractor shall perform all work necessary to complete the improvements in their entirety in accordance with the Contract Documents. Time for Completion ‑ All work under this contract shall be completed before the expiration one hundred and ninety‑five (195) working days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to determine which proposal is, in its judgement, the most responsive bid of a responsible bidder and which proposal should be accepted in the best interest of the City Council.
