A new Naval Innovation Center is needed to enhance NPS education and support rapid development of emerging technologies to meet current and future national security challenges driven by global strategic competition. Comments must be postmarked or received electronically by 11:59 p.m. PDT on March 25, 2024, for consideration in the final EA.
