Your Jackson Stock Jackson Stock died on 1/20/23 following complications from a fall. Born into a musical family, he started playing music at a very young age in the Junior Abalone Stompers. He attended the Berklee College of Music in Boston and then taught there. He arranged and wrote music, including for big bands. He played with Duke Ellington, Count Basie, the Harry James band, at Circus Circus in Vegas, in LA, and locally, including the Monterey Christian Science church, the Community Church of the Monterey Peninsula, kids jazz-camps, the Catalyst, the Hot Jazz Society, the Mission Ranch and the Big Sur River Inn.
