Notice Inviting Bids Cutino Park Improvement Project Part 2 - Phase 1 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Seaside will receive sealed bids for the above stated project in the office of the City Clerk, located at City Hall, 440 Harcourt Avenue, Seaside, CA 93955, until 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. This project is Federally-funded through a Community Development Block Grant from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
